Munich, 28 July 2026 - metoda GmbH, headquartered in Munich, now operates under the name Averest Consulting GmbH. The change of company name was entered in the commercial register of the Munich Local Court under HRB 209729 with effect from today. The legal form, registered office and all contractual relationships remain unchanged.

Under its new name, the company will go to market under the Averest brand.

"The new name reflects our focus on e-commerce data and Amazon Advertising more clearly than the previous one, and gives us the basis to develop our offering further," says Stefan Bures, Managing Director of Averest Consulting GmbH.
